It is client’s responsibility to provide Silver Tie Sounds / DJ with a reasonably safe area to set up equipment with easy access. Silver Tie Sounds requires a minimum of one 15-20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along the wall) of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to DJ &equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the purchaser. Two circuits are preferred, where possible. Additional outlets on SEPARATE circuits for lighting (if contracted for) are required.
DJ reserves the right to keep all persons away from the equipment. Client agrees to keeping problem guests and children away and/or under control. In order to prevent liability resulting from an accidental injury to any individual at the event the purchaser shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the DJ, or property of the DJ, while on the premises of said engagement, if damage is caused by purchaser or guest, members of his organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.

The Purchaser agrees to provide DJ with shelter from all-weather elements (Sun, Heat, Rain, Cold, lighting, ETC.) Purchaser shall provide adequate overhead shelter for setup area, as determined in the sole discretion of the DJ. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Reasonable efforts will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The DJ'S compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.

This agreement guarantees that Silver Tie Sounds will be ready to perform at the start time of the engagement. No guarantee is made as to Silver Tie Sounds time of arrival; however, Silver Tie Sounds requests that they be permitted up to 180 minutes before the engagement and 60 minutes after the engagement for setup and takedown. Silver Tie Sounds also requests ramp or elevator access between the parking/service entrance and the setup area.

Guest(s) are NOT ALLOWED to touch, handle, use any of the DJ/audio equipment. Unless invited to do so. If any Guest(s) violate this condition the DJ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STOP AND LEAVE WITH FULL PAYMENT at any point of the event.

Guest(s) are NOT ALLOWED to harass the DJ about song request(s) The DJ reserves the right to choose to play any track(s) or not. If any Guest(s) violate this condition the DJ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STOP AND LEAVE WITH FULL PAYMENT. At any point of the event.

Guest(s) are NOT ALLOWED to set any drinks, personal items, decor, on or next (with in 3 feet) to any of the audio equipment. If any Guest(s) violate this condition the DJ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STOP AND LEAVE WITH FULL PAYMENT at any point of the event.

In order to help keep costs at a minimum Silver Tie Sounds DJ's DO NOT WORK WITH THIRDPARTY COMPANIES (Wedding planners). If the client requires Sliver Tie Sounds to work with a thirdparty company, there will be a $500 fee. By booking with Silver Tie Sounds the client understands and agrees to this condition. Venue and day of event planners are the exception from this condition.

Any services provided after 10:00pm. Will have an additional $100 per hour fee.

The DJ(S) is to be provided with a meal or allowed to partake in any food / drinks at the event. Failure to provide / allow the DJ(s) to have food will result in a $150 that will be added on to the remaining bill.

A deposit is required to book your event. (Unless Silver Tie Sounds approves to waive the deposit) All Deposits are final and NOT refundable.

The remaining balance is due in full day of the event. Payment MUST be made before the Groom(s) or Bride(s) leave the event. The client agrees to reach out to Silver Tie Sounds first with any unsatisfied service. Before leaving any negative feedback on any marketing or social media.

By booking the purchaser agrees to all Terms and Conditions.
